چکیده

Background The use of morphometric implants in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) has shown better early clinical outcomes compared to conventional implants. primary objective this study is evaluate the functional outcome and implant survivorship a TKA at minimum 5 years follow-up. Methods From May 2012 June 2015, all patients undergoing with single design posterior-stabilized prosthesis (Persona; Zimmer) prospective observational single-center were evaluated. Knee Society Scoring System (KSS) Injury Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) completed preoperatively, 1, 3, postoperatively. Kaplan-Meier was used calculate average follow-up 75 months. Results In total, 237 TKAs performed 235 mean age 73 (49-90). KSS increased from 44.7 (13-64) preoperatively 93.6 (71-100), Function 45.8 (17-69) 92.2 (51-98), Satisfaction 26.6 (16-51) 41 (35-55) Similarly, for KOOS score, significant improvement subscales observed Implant survival without reoperation follow up 98.72% (95% confidence interval 0.95-1.00). Conclusion This first demonstrating that improvements scores good can be achieved using

Long-term Results of Hybrid Total Knee Arthroplasty: Minimum 10-years Follow-up

PURPOSE To evaluate the survival rate and long term clinical outcomes of hybrid total knee arthroplasty (TKA). MATERIALS AND METHODS We retrospectively analyzed 113 hybrid TKAs (NexGen) in 86 patients that were followed for more than 10 years. Kaplan-Meier survival curves were generated using revision as an end point. Knee Society Score (KSS) and range of motion were evaluated for clinical as...
